It is with great pleasure that I introduce this website - a site designed to help basic physician trainees conquer the written and clinical components of the FRACP examinations. The site is divided into three parts. The written section contains a number of multiple choice questions, with answers and a brief explanation provided. I have tried to link up these questions to relevant journal articles. The clinical section contains step by step instructions on how to perform a systematic clinical examination, as well as notes on approaching individual short and long cases. These notes were compiled throughout my two years of training within the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital network. Therefore I am very much indebted to all the clinicians and fellow trainees who have helped me along my way.
I sincerely hope that you find this site useful for your training.
Good Luck
